Supreme Administrative Court of Bulgaria rejects Baby Sara's claim

On 01.03.2023, within a week, the Supreme Administrative Court struck a second blow against the LGBTIQ+ community in Bulgaria.

With today's decision, the Supreme Administrative Court rejects Baby Sarah's claim with the sole argument that she is not a Bulgarian citizen. The decision is final and not subject to appeal.
