Main responsibilities of a project coordinator:
Developing and maintaining all relationships with partner organizations, local and central authorities, sponsors and programs necessary for implementing and reporting projects;
Coordinating activities related to planning, implementation, reporting and administration of projects and programs of the organization and help with analyzing the effects of their implementation;
Monitoring and assessing the implementation of project activities in different regions of the country;
Along with the organization team, helping with promoting and popularizing the implemented projects and programs;
Taking part in the development of projects, needs analysis, detailing of project proposals and budgets;
Helping with administrative and organizational activities in the office.
The list is not exhaustive. Requirements:
2 years of experience in project coordination;
Interest in and knowledge of human rights;
Excellent communication skills;
Excellent organizational skills, responsible attitude and efficient time management;
Ability for working in a small team and taking the initiative to work independently;
English language;
Higher education degree is an advantage;
Creative approach;
Computer skills (Microsoft – Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Experience in working for civil organizations is an advantage, but not a requirement.
