We are looking for a new member of our team: PROJECT COORDINATOR

Main responsibilities of a project coordinator:

  • Developing and maintaining all relationships with partner organizations, local and central authorities, sponsors and programs necessary for implementing and reporting projects;

  • Coordinating activities related to planning, implementation, reporting and administration of projects and programs of the organization and help with analyzing the effects of their implementation;

  • Monitoring and assessing the implementation of project activities in different regions of the country;

  • Along with the organization team, helping with promoting and popularizing the implemented projects and programs;

  • Taking part in the development of projects, needs analysis, detailing of project proposals and budgets;

  • Helping with administrative and organizational activities in the office.

The list is not exhaustive. Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in project coordination;

  • Interest in and knowledge of human rights;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Excellent organizational skills, responsible attitude and efficient time management;

  • Ability for working in a small team and taking the initiative to work independently;

  • English language;

  • Higher education degree is an advantage;

  • Creative approach;

  • Computer skills (Microsoft – Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

  • Experience in working for civil organizations is an advantage, but not a requirement.
