If you are having sex with more than one partner, it is recommended you should get tested for HIV and all STIs (sexually transmitted infections) every 3 months.

It is the only clinic in Bulgaria which offers testing outside standard business hours, from 12:00 to 20:00 (break between 16:00 and 16:30), on Saturday – 12:00 to 18:00 (break between 16:00 and 16:30). All test results are ready within 15 minutes.
If your HIV test comes back positive, you should start antiretroviral therapy (ART) immediately. You have the right to receive free therapy, regardless of your health insurance, in 5 medical centers in the country.
