National LGBT Legal Program
We are providing free of charge legal consultations in the whole country
The main goal of the project is to empower the LGBTI community by providing direct access to legal protection through the National LGBTI Legal Program in the cities of Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas and Veliko Tarnovo. Legal cases in courts and/or institutions will provide data for the official national statistics and will therefore officially gave examples of an existing problem, which support the process of changing legislation and improving the life of LGBTI people in Bulgaria. The program provides free legal consultations and legal assistance for LGBTI persons, their partners, families and such children, victims of hate crimes, discrimination or other incidents with discriminatory motive sexual orientation or gender expression.

Платформата се състои от четири модула:

Модул 1 - История на социалните движения по света и у нас;

Модул 2 - Основи на правото и правни инструменти за борба с дискриминация;

Модул 3 - Умения за активно гражданство;
-
Модул 4 - Изграждане на кампании.
Младежите преминават през обучителните модули в онлайн среда, подкрепяни и насърчавани от фасилитаторите. Курсът на обучение завършва с разрабoтване на план за кампания от участниците в обучителната платформа. След провеждане на конкурс, седем от тези кампании ще бъдат одобрени за изпълнение. Онлайн платформата в отделни свои компонентни или в цялост би могла да служи като помощен материал в работата на учители и обучители в системата на формалното и неформално гражданско обучение също и на хора в училищна възраст.
The project National LGBT Legal Program exists with the financial support of 110 820 euro of Active Citizens Fund Bulgaria through the Financial Mechanism of EEA provided by Iceland, Lichtenstein and Norway.
